Our pack of 6 rashers is great for cooking with during the week – just seal your pack with our reclosable packaging, saving your bacon so you can come back for more time and time again. Seriously smoked to perfection, try adding a few rashers to your favourite midweek meal for an extra kick of flavour.

COOKING GUIDELINES

Remove all packaging.
Grill 6-7 Mins – Place on wire rack under a pre-heated medium grill. Turn occasionally.
Fry 5-6 Mins – Heat 1 dessert spoon (10ml) of oil in a frying pan. Add the bacon and cook over a medium heat, turning occasionally. Do not reheat.

INGREDIENTS

Pork (88%), Water, Salt, Dextrose, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate). Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.

STORAGE

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase or by use by date and consume within 1 month. Defrost overnight in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
